At Magnus Supply, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all eligible items. We aim to ensure every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase through a transparent and efficient resolution process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive an automated Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 3-5 business days.
